Just because the app developer has been hired does not mean that it’s out of your hands. As the client, and as the source of the ideas, the app developer will still require you to do a little bit of work along the way to ensure the best outcome.

You have some decisions to make before picking an app developer company to create your app. First, you need to choose a company that works on the platform you want your app to run on. If you want your app to run on multiple platforms, you will likely need to have separate apps created for each, but you can find companies that have developers who work on both iOS and Android, for example, and you could have them work on both.

Once you have shared your idea, the app developer will get to work on making it a reality. But there are always questions that pop up. Small details that weren’t brought up in the initial description will come to light, and without accurate answers from you, the final product won’t meet your needs.
You and the app developer will need to discuss how frequently you should connect and what the expectations are for the developer being able to contact you if they have any questions.
